For individuals or groups that want a barrel of their choice. Each Barrel yields about 60 gallons of wine, which equates to 23 to 24 cases, or 276 to 288 bottles of wine. A Barrel Membership includes selection of the type of barrel, a choice of the type of grape or blends, and choice of custom bottle labels. A Barrel membership can be used by one to six members. All barrel members need to sign up at the same time.

Our Apprentice Wine-Making Program is for those who never considered making their own wine before, or who want to try wine-making without having to commit to an entire barrel. The Apprenticeship Member will share a barrel with other apprentices, where the barrel may be split amongst up to 20 members. Barrel types and grape variety will be assigned to the Apprentice at the start of the wine-making season. An apprenticeship member can expect to take home one case of wine from their barrel at the end of the season. The cost for this program is $288 per member, and it is a first-come, first-served program. One barrel each season will be dedicated to the Apprenticeship program and once that barrel has been filled, new apprenticeship applicants will go on a waiting list until at least ten apprenticeship applications are submitted. If we do not receive enough applicants to start a 60 gallon barrel, the membership fee may be refunded or a smaller barrel will be utilized, at our discretion.
